Is a unique treatment that uses hot stones to warm and ease the muscles, giving the therapist access to the deeper muscle layers in the body. Each treatment will be customised to the individual focusing on their specific areas of tension. The hot stones encourage increased blood flow, which brings nutrients to the muscle to replenish them and in turn carries away any toxins that build up. The heat from the stones also provides a sedative effect that helps to ease chronic pain and promote deeper levels of relaxation.

Thai Yoga Massage treatment is that relaxes the body and mobilises the joints. It is based on a series of applied yoga stretches and acupressure massage, it is the perfect treatment for office workers and sporty people alike helping to reduce stiffness and get movement back into the muscles and joints.

Bellabaci cupping using silicone cups to do the massage using negative pressure to increase circulation and help rejuvenate tissue. It is being done in different ways to do either work on the lymphatic system to help detox the body or the treatment can be done to target muscles helping release tension and stretch out a fascial holding in the body. By leaving the cups on congested areas you can target trigger points and help to provide a release for conditions such as sciatica and tension migraines etc.

Sports Massage uses a range of techniques and stretches to increase range and improve tissue recovery in the body. This treatment will often involve assessments to look at imbalances in muscles that can increase the risk of injury.

Aromatherapy Facial

This decadently relaxing treatment deeply cleanses and nourishes the skin. All products are naturally based, avoiding harsh chemicals on the skin. During the treatment the skin will be cleansed, toned, exfoliated, nourishing face mask and then facial oil will be massaged into the skin. ​
The treatment focuses on releasing jaw tension and common areas of tension around the forehead and eyes. Techniques like lymphatic drainage are also used to reduce puffiness and clear sinuses.
All treatments have a 24hr cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment in under 24hrs then a £25 charge will be applied.
